Cyclone Idai: Chamisa Bemoans Poor Disaster Planning

Opposition MDC President Nelson Chamisa yesterday threw a dig at President Emmerson Mnangagwa charging that the government’s failure to put in place disaster mitigation mechanisms shows that the latter is more focused on securing power than the safety of the people.
