Zim Cotton Farmers Still Owed $1.5 Billion

The Cotton Company of Zimbabwe still owes farmers $1.5 billion from the crop that they delivered last season.The issue was presented in parliament end of April 2021. The Minister of Finance and Economic Development, together with the Minister of Agriculture, agreed that cotton farmers were going to expeditiously receive their payment, however they have waited for more than three months.
