Palm Hospitality Group Celebrates Staff Milestones and Nurtures Talent

Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe – 26 April 2024 – The Palm Hospitality Group, a leading hospitality organisation consisting of Ilala Lodge Hotel and the Palm River Hotel, is proud to recognise the exceptional dedication of its long-serving employees and its commitment to fostering talent development within the organisation.

During an internal awards ceremony held at Ilala Lodge Hotel, several employees were commemorated for serving the group for 20, 25, 30, and even 35 years. Notable employees including Cephas Ndlovu, Thando Ncube, Patience Mpofu, Jane Masamba, Dumisani Lunga, Kanyeka Muleya, and Siyatimba Muleya have committed decades of service, progressing through various roles and departments within the group.

Of the organisations 325 headcount, a total of 16 employees have served for more than two decades, showcasing the group’s dedication to nurturing talent from within.
