Tricky assignments for Dembare, Bosso and Makepekepe

The  Premier Soccer League  enters match day two this weekend with a full programme which starts on Friday when Harare City host Mutare City Rovers at Rufaro Stadium.

Both teams enter the match still smarting defeats from their first encounters, Harare City who lost 1-0 to Triangle last week will be hoping to make it right this time around. Mutare City Rovers who made their maiden PSL appearance albeit in defeat will be looking to make amends to their 3-0 loss against fellow debutants Ngezi Platinum. The match will be live on Supersport 9.

Action continues on Saturday with Bulawayo City hosting Tsholotsho at Barbourfields Stadium. Bulawayo City had to come from two goals down to snatch a point against How Mine in their first Premiership match while Tsholotsho lost their opening encounter 2-1 to Fc Platinum.

ZPC Kariba will make the long trip to Bulawayo for a date with How Mine at Luveve Stadium. Chikurupati as How Mine are known will be hoping to put a better show than the one they had in their first match with Bulawayo City in which they controlled the match and even led by two goals which they surrendered to settle for  a draw.

On the other hand ZPC Kariba will be hoping to continue from where they left off after seeing off Border Strikers 2-0 in their first encounter.

Chapungu will play host to Hwange at Ascot Stadium in a match where both teams lost 3-0 to Caps United and Highlanders respectively.

Debutants Ngezi Platinum will get Premiership’s litmus test when they play host to Caps United at a venue yet to be advised subject to stadium certification. Both teams posted impressive 3-0 wins in their first encounters.

David Mandigora will come face to face with his former paymasters Dynamos when he leads Triangle to Rufaro Stadium for a date with the former champions. Dynamos were walloped 3-0 by defending champions Chicken Inn in the season’s opener while Triangle edged Harare City 1-0. The match will be beamed live on Supersport 9.

On Sunday Saul Chaminuka’s Border Strikers will host defending champions Chicken Inn at a Venue yet to be advised.

The weekend’s main match will see Bulawayo giants hosting Zvishavane side FC Platinum at Barbourfields Stadium in a match that promises to be explosive. Both sides collected maximum points in their opening games. All matches kick off at 1500hrs.
