Dembare, Bosso drew as Dongo Sawmills register their first win

Castle Lager Premier Soccer League week 12 was full of interesting results as Dynamos shared the spoils with Triangle at Rufaro Stadium and debutants Dongo Sawmills registered their first win of the season at Lafarge Stadium.

The visitors Triangle were on fire as they enjoyed much of the ball and were firmly on the driving seat in the 64th minute when substitute Felix Kuswatuka powered on a rebound by goalkeeper Artwell Mukandi from a set-piece.

The draw for both teams were not good enough to close the gap between them and log leaders Chicken Inn who are now four points clear at the top of the table with 26 points.

The draw however saw Harare giants moving to second place on the log-standings.

Dynamos gaffer David Mangigora was a relieved man after the match as he was under pressure from the fans for poor performance of the team at home.

“We need to improve our passing especially upfront, we are losing possession too much and I’m worried because we are dropping points especially at home,” revealed Mandigora.

However it was a different story for the visitors as they were comfortable for walking away with one point from reigning champions at their fortress.

“We are happy for the boys and I think it was good for us to get a point away from home especially against a team like Dynamos,” said Triangle assistant coach Biggie Zuze.
