ZESA (Private) Limited has announced the appointment of a new Board of Directors following the consolidation of ZESA Holdings, Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC) and Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) into a single vertically integrated electricity utility.
The new board, chaired by Albert Joel Nduna, will oversee the utility’s strategic direction as Zimbabwe pushes towards total electrification and universal access to electricity by 2030.
