Stunner slapped with warrant of arrest

A Harare magistrate has issued a warrant of arrest to flamboyant Hip-Hop artist, Stunner, for failing to attend court for trial.

Stunner, real name Desmond Chideme,  is now a wanted man for allegedly contravening Section 6 (1) of the Road Traffic Act, driving without a licence and Section 52(2) of the Road Traffic Act- Negligent Driving.

According to state papers, on the 20th day of June 2016,  Desmond Chideme unlawfully drove a Toyota Lexus Registration number ADG 3577 along Jason Moyo Avenue without a license.

It is further alleged that  on the day in question Chideme  lost control of his vehicle and hit four other  vehicles.

One of the cars hit subsequently hit a pedestrian Douglas Sachikonye who was walking on the pavement.

Sachikonye  sustained a fracture on the Pelvis.

The state has already issued a warrant of arrest to the popular ,musician who recently had a public spat with Former Minister of Finance on social media over a lingerie party that Stunner hosted  at Private Lounge in the capital.
