WestProp Partners with Radisson to Launch Zim’s First Serviced Apartments

WestProp Holdings, Zimbabwe’s leading real estate developer, has unveiled a groundbreaking partnership with the international hospitality giant Radisson Hotel Group to introduce the country’s first-ever Radisson-branded serviced apartments.

Set within the prestigious Millennium Heights development in Harare, this landmark project promises to redefine luxury living and hospitality standards in the capital. Currently under development, the Radisson Serviced Apartments will offer premium accommodations and world-class amenities tailored for both business travellers and tourists.

Speaking on the announcement, WestProp CEO Ken Sharpe described the venture as a strategic milestone for the local property market. “By partnering with Radisson Group, we are confident this project will set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Harare,” said Mr. Sharpe. “It also offers a unique investment vehicle for Zimbabweans and diaspora investors looking to benefit from secure, high-end real estate.”

In collaboration with Nhoro Asset Management Pvt Ltd, WestProp is offering unit ownership in the Radisson Serviced Apartments. Investors can now part-own a unit in the luxury development with prices starting as low as US$500. According to Sharpe, the project has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZ) as the company’s first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with plans to list it on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX).

Key benefits for investors include:

  • Guaranteed annual rental income of 8%
  • Discounted stays at the aparthotel
  • Access to premium facilities and amenities

Kreston Trustees has been appointed to oversee and protect the interests of unit holders, ensuring the investment remains transparent and secure.

“This development isn’t just about luxury living — it’s about economic growth,” added Sharpe. “It will generate employment, attract international visitors, and position Harare as a viable destination for tourism and investment.”

The Radisson Serviced Apartments are expected to elevate Zimbabwe’s real estate and hospitality sectors, showcasing the nation’s potential on the global stage.
