Fastjet Zimbabwe immediately appointed Air Promotion Group (Zambia) as its General Sales Agent (GSA) for the Zambian market.
In a statement, Fastjet Zimbabwe said this is a key milestone in its strategic expansion following the recent launch of direct services between Harare and Lusaka.
With its robust local presence and proven expertise in the Zambian aviation sector, APG Zambia is well-positioned to enhance Fastjet’s brand presence and drive growth within this key regional market.
“We are pleased to welcome APG Zambia into the Fastjet Zimbabwe network,” said Vivian Ruwuya, Chief Commercial Officer of Fastjet Zimbabwe. “Zambia represents a crucial growth market for us, and with APG’s extensive experience, local knowledge, and dedicated sales team, we are confident in their ability to deliver excellent service and increase our market reach,” Ruwuya added.
As the appointed GSA, APG Zambia will be responsible for the promotion and sales of Fastjet flights between Zambia and Zimbabwe, managing customer inquiries, and providing comprehensive support to both customers and trade partners across Zambia.
This appointment is in line with Fastjet Zimbabwe’s broader strategy to improve service delivery, enhance market access, and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and customers.
Travellers can book and make payments for Fastjet services at APG Zambia’s offices located in Lusaka’s central business district (The Grove, Ngwerere Road) or at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (Office F06, 1st Floor, Concourse Section).
