President Mugabe reassigns Permanent secretaries

President Robert Mugabe has reassigned permanent secretaries to various ministries with immediate effect. The president also appointed some senior government officials to permanent secretary positions. Dr Thokozile Chitepo has been moved to the ministry of tourism from Rural Development and has been replaced by George Magosvongwe
